Compare Party Bus Rentals in Tempe
Tempepartybuscompany.com is not a bus company. It does not own vehicles or provide transportation directly — and that is genuinely great news for you. Instead of spending an afternoon calling company after company, describing your trip details over and over, and waiting on callbacks that never quite add up to a clean comparison, you fill out one quick form here and instantly see vehicles, packages, and rates from a large network of bus companies serving Tempe and the greater Phoenix metro area.
The whole thing takes about a minute.
Whether your group needs a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a bachelorette night on Mill Avenue, a 15-35 passenger minibus to shuttle wedding guests between a Tempe venue and a Scottsdale hotel block, or a full 40-56 passenger charter bus to move a corporate team to a conference at the Phoenix Convention Center — Tempepartybuscompany.com connects you with the right vehicle at the right price. Explore The Tempe Charter Bus & Party Bus Amenities
Not every Tempe group trip calls for the same vehicle. A 25-passenger party bus heading down Mill Avenue on a Saturday night typically comes equipped with color-changing LED lighting, a full-length bar area, wraparound perimeter seating, flat-panel TVs, and a premium Bluetooth sound system. A minibus shuttling employees between Tempe's University District hotels and a conference campus is built more for comfort — plush reclining seats, powerful A/C (essential when temperatures push past 110°F in July), and overhead storage.
Full-size charter buses add undercarriage luggage bays and onboard restrooms, which makes them the right call for longer hauls out to Tucson or Flagstaff, or large-scale event shuttle circuits. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider, and comparing options side-by-side on this site is exactly how you find the right match. Call 480-389-2933 with questions!

A 30-passenger party bus typically lands in the $300–$375/hour weekday range and $325–$425/hour on weekends.

More Choices on Tempe Party Buses, One Search
The big reason is simple: you are not limited to one fleet. Because Tempepartybuscompany.com is a comparison website — not a single bus company — you get to see vehicles, packages, and rates from a large network of providers serving Tempe, all in one place. That means more vehicle types, more availability on your specific date, and more flexibility to find a price that actually fits your budget.
Arizona State University brings over 70,000 students to Tempe's campus, and the event calendar around Mountain America Stadium, Desert Financial Arena, and Mill Avenue stays packed year-round. On game weekends, Fiesta Bowl week in January, and graduation season in May, transportation demand across Tempe and the surrounding Valley spikes fast. Waiting until the week of your event to book almost always means fewer options and higher prices. Tempepartybuscompany.com makes it easy to lock in a vehicle early, compare your choices clearly, and know exactly what you are getting before you commit.

Tempe Party Bus & Charter Bus Services
From PHX airport transfers and ASU Sun Devils game day shuttles to wedding guest transportation, bachelorette nights on Mill Avenue, concert runs to Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre, and corporate event shuttles — whatever brings your group together in the Valley, Tempepartybuscompany.com helps you find the right vehicle fast. Tempe Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (3400 E Sky Harbor Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85034) sits roughly 3 miles west of central Tempe — close enough that it feels easy, until your group has 30 people, 30 bags, and a 6am departure. Sky Harbor's ground transportation for commercial vehicles operates from the Terminal 3 and Terminal 4 curbside commercial lanes on the Arrivals level. The critical coordination detail: do not call for your vehicle until your full group has collected luggage and assembled at the agreed-upon door, because commercial vehicles cannot stage at the curb for extended periods.
Groups returning from trips who want a direct transfer to Tempe hotels, ASU campus, or Old Town Scottsdale will find a minibus or charter bus far cleaner than coordinating a rideshare queue for a large group at peak hours.
For full drop-off, pickup, and staging protocols, check the Sky Harbor airport shuttle guide before your travel date. Call 480-389-2933 to get pricing on a Tempe airport shuttle in about a minute!

Tempe Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Mill Avenue in downtown Tempe is the axis of most Valley bachelorette itineraries — rooftop bars at The Yard Milkshake Bar, cocktails at Saddle Ranch Chop House (398 S Mill Ave), live music at Rula Bula Irish Pub (401 S Mill Ave), late nights at Rula Bula and House of Tricks. The problem with driving yourself is that street parking in the Mill Avenue District evaporates fast on Friday and Saturday nights, and rideshare surge pricing at last call in Tempe can hit 3–4x on busy weekends — especially during ASU home football games, when the whole district is packed from 5pm through 2am.
A Tempe bachelorette party bus running 15 to 50 passengers keeps your whole group together, picks everyone up from their hotel, and drops the group at each stop on the itinerary without anyone hunting for parking or splitting into separate Lyfts at midnight. The night runs on YOUR schedule. Call 480-389-2933 now!

Tempe Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
A party bus arrival is one of the most memorable ways to kick off a milestone birthday in Tempe, and the greater East Valley has no shortage of quinceañera and Sweet 16 reception venues within 20 miles — from Tempe Center for the Arts (700 W Rio Salado Pkwy, Tempe) overlooking Tempe Town Lake to banquet halls throughout Mesa and Chandler. For adult milestone birthdays, an evening that starts with rooftop drinks in Tempe and ends at Old Town Scottsdale's nightlife corridor is a straightforward bus itinerary — the venues are 10 miles apart on Scottsdale Road, and the parking situation in Old Town on a Saturday night makes a minibus a genuinely smarter move than three separate cars.
Tempepartybuscompany.com makes it easy to compare Tempe birthday party bus options by size and price, so you find exactly what fits your headcount and your itinerary. Call 480-389-2933 to check availability!

Tempe Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre (formerly Ak-Chin Pavilion) sits at 2121 N 83rd Ave in Phoenix — roughly 25 miles west of central Tempe via I-10. On a summer amphitheater night, I-10 westbound can back up significantly from the Loop 101 merge all the way through the Chandler Boulevard corridor before the venue, turning a 30-minute drive into an hour-plus crawl. The amphitheater's parking lots are large, but the exit backup after a 10,000-person show can trap cars for 45 minutes or more.
A Tempe concert bus rental handles the highway, drops your group at the venue entrance, and stages nearby for the ride back — no one is sitting in that parking lot crawl.
For shows at Desert Financial Arena on the ASU campus or events at Marquee Theatre (730 N Mill Ave, Tempe), parking near Mill Avenue on show nights is genuinely scarce. A minibus drops the group at the door and solves the problem before it starts. Call 480-389-2933!

Tempe Corporate Event Transportation
The Tempe corridor between ASU Research Park and the downtown core hosts a dense concentration of tech companies, biomedical firms, and conference hotels — and moving a team of 30 or 40 people between a Tempe hotel block and a conference venue without fragmenting into a rental car convoy is genuinely difficult. The Tempe Mission Palms Hotel (60 E 5th St, Tempe, AZ 85281) and Marriott at the Convention Center in downtown Phoenix are popular pairing spots for Valley corporate events, and the drive between them on game-week weekends — when University Drive backs up from Rural Road to Mill Avenue — takes twice as long as it should.
A Tempe corporate event charter bus keeps the whole team on one vehicle, on one schedule, with room for presentation materials in the undercarriage bays. Executive Sprinter vans work well for smaller leadership groups who need USB charging at every seat and tinted privacy windows for calls on the road. Call 480-389-2933 to talk through shuttle contract options and group rates!

Tempe Private Event Transportation Services
Tempe Town Lake anchors one of the most active outdoor event corridors in Arizona — the Rio Salado Parkway waterfront hosts everything from the Tempe Festival of the Arts (held in late November and late March, drawing 150,000+ visitors annually) to the 4th of July Tempe Town Lake Fireworks, which generates significant road closures along Rural Road and Mill Avenue south of the lake. On those nights, parking near the lakefront fills by mid-afternoon, and rideshare pickup points get so congested that post-event waits of 30–45 minutes are common.
A Tempe private charter bus rental solves this cleanly: your group loads up at your starting point before closures set in, gets dropped at the event entry, and the bus returns when you say so — not when a rideshare algorithm says supply is back. For the Tempe Festival of the Arts and the 4th of July event, book 6–8 weeks minimum before your date. Call 480-389-2933!

Tempe Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Tempe and the surrounding East Valley — Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale — runs from late April through mid-May, and every high school in the Phoenix metro holds its prom within roughly the same five-week window. Demand for party buses in the 20-to-30-passenger range spikes dramatically during that period, and the best vehicles from the network's providers book out fast. For prom: lock in your date by December or January — waiting until March means fewer options, and waiting until April almost guarantees you pay more for whatever is still available.
A Tempe prom party bus seating 18 to 30 passengers is the most popular pick for East Valley high school groups. Compare options side by side on this site, confirm your pickup plan, and get the whole night on schedule with one call to 480-389-2933!

Tempe School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Field trips from Tempe and the surrounding East Valley school districts frequently route to the Arizona Museum of Natural History (53 N Macdonald, Mesa, AZ 85201), the Phoenix Zoo (455 N Galvin Pkwy, Phoenix, AZ 85008), and the Musical Instrument Museum (4725 E Mayo Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85050) — all within 30 minutes of most Tempe campuses, and all accessible via charter bus with organized group entry. The Phoenix Zoo places bus and commercial vehicle drop-off on Galvin Parkway near the main entrance, with oversized vehicle parking coordinated through the group sales office.
A Tempe school event charter bus with onboard TV screens keeps students engaged on longer rides, and undercarriage storage handles everything from lunch coolers to science fair equipment. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — mention it when you request a quote. Call 480-389-2933 to start planning your field trip logistics!

Tempe Sporting Event Transportation
Mountain America Stadium (500 E Veterans Way, Tempe, AZ 85287), home of ASU Sun Devils football, sits in the middle of ASU's campus, surrounded by residential streets and metered lots that fill fast on game day. The Salt River Fields at Talking Stick lot on Loop 101 is one of the primary tailgate and park-and-ride points for major ASU home games, but the post-game exit on Loop 101 northbound backs up badly — especially after night games when the crowd all leaves at once. A Tempe charter bus to Mountain America Stadium drops your group at the stadium's Packard Drive entrance or the Apache Boulevard Gate, keeps the pregame energy going on the way over, and stages for pickup so no one is standing on Rural Road waiting for a rideshare that won't arrive for an hour.
For Sun Devils football games at Mountain America Stadium in Tempe or Suns games downtown, check out those venue-specific bus guides. Call 480-389-2933 to get game-day pricing fast!

Tempe Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Tempe's most-booked wedding venues cluster in three zones: the lakefront corridor along Rio Salado Parkway (including Tempe Center for the Arts and the Tempe Mission Palms Hotel), the ASU campus-adjacent historic district, and the Scottsdale resort corridor 10–15 miles north on Scottsdale Road. Shuttling guests between a hotel block in Tempe and a ceremony at a Scottsdale resort means navigating the Scottsdale Road — Indian Bend Road intersection, which backs up on weekend evenings with resort event traffic. A Tempe wedding shuttle bus on a fixed schedule — two or three departure windows from the hotel, one return run after the reception — keeps your guests punctual without asking anyone to navigate an unfamiliar route in formalwear.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party beautifully; a 35-passenger minibus is the right fit for a hotel-to-venue guest shuttle. Nobody has to navigate, nobody has to park, and nobody arrives in waves. Call 480-389-2933!

Tempe Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Arizona's wine country is not Napa — it is the Verde Valley appellation roughly 90 miles north of Tempe near Cottonwood and Jerome, and the drive up AZ-260 from the I-17 split is winding mountain highway that nobody in your group should be navigating after a tasting flight. Chateau Tumbleweed (1 Main St, Jerome, AZ 86331), Oak Creek Vineyards (1555 N Page Springs Rd, Cornville, AZ 86325), and Alcantara Vineyard (3445 S Grapevine Way, Cornville, AZ 86325) are all within a 2-hour charter bus run from Tempe — and a round-trip bus means no one draws the short straw.
For groups staying closer to Tempe, the Arizona Distillery Trail and Mill Avenue craft beer corridor (Four Peaks Brewing at 1340 E 8th St is a local staple) make for an easy evening pub crawl bus rental without leaving the city. Call 480-389-2933 to plan the route!

Frequently Asked Questions About Tempe Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Tempepartybuscompany.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
How much does a party bus cost in Tempe, Arizona?
Tempe party bus rental prices vary based on the vehicle size, your date, and the hours you need. As a planning baseline: smaller party buses (15–20 passengers) typically run $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$375/hour on weekends. Mid-size buses in the 25–30 passenger range run $250–$425/hour depending on the day.
Full-size charter buses generally run $200–$350/hour. Per-day packages are also available for longer event days. Real pricing moves with your specific itinerary, so the fastest way to get an accurate number is to fill out the quick form or call 480-389-2933 — you could have pricing for your specific trip in under a minute.
See the Tempe party bus prices page for a full range breakdown.
What is Tempepartybuscompany.com?
Tempepartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website for group transportation — not a bus company and not a transportation provider. It does not own vehicles or provide trips directly. Instead, it makes it easy to compare party buses, minibuses, charter buses, and Sprinter vans from a large network of providers serving Tempe and the greater Phoenix metro, all in one place and in about a minute.
That's it. No account, no obligation, and help is available by phone at 480-389-2933 any day of the year.
When is the busiest time to book a party bus in Tempe?
Several windows drive the highest demand in the Tempe market. ASU home football Saturdays (September through November) tighten availability across the entire East Valley. The Fiesta Bowl, held in early January at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, pulls buses from across the metro.
Prom season (late April through mid-May) is extremely competitive for 20-to-30-passenger party buses across all East Valley school districts. The Tempe Festival of the Arts in late March and late November creates strong local demand. For any of these windows, booking 2–4 months out is strongly advised — the closer you get to the date, the fewer vehicles and the higher the pricing.
Can a charter bus navigate the ASU campus area in Tempe?
Yes, but the approach matters. The streets immediately surrounding Mountain America Stadium — Stadium Drive, Apache Boulevard, Rural Road — handle commercial vehicle traffic on event days, but access points and road closures shift by event. The University Drive and Rural Road intersection is a known chokepoint on game mornings and after evening events.
For smaller groups heading to campus venues like Desert Financial Arena or Karsten Golf Course, a minibus's tighter turning radius makes it a better fit than a full 56-foot charter bus on the interior campus roads. Check the Desert Financial Arena bus guide for specific drop-off details before your event.
What is the best bus size for a Mill Avenue night out in Tempe?
For most bachelorette parties, birthday groups, and bar crawl groups in the 15-to-30-person range, a party bus in that same seat range is the right fit for Mill Avenue. The streets around downtown Tempe — 5th Street, Mill Avenue, and the Rio Salado Parkway access roads — handle these vehicles without issue. Groups over 35 people are better served by a minibus that can stage nearby between stops rather than circling.
If your itinerary extends to Old Town Scottsdale or the Phoenix nightlife corridor, a slightly larger vehicle gives you flexibility to add stops without splitting the group.
Can Tempepartybuscompany.com arrange transportation to Tucson or Flagstaff from Tempe?
Yes. A full-size charter bus is the right vehicle for longer runs — Tucson is roughly 115 miles south on I-10, about a 90-minute trip; Flagstaff is 145 miles north on I-17, approximately 2 hours. Both routes are straightforward interstate drives, and a 40-to-56-passenger charter bus with onboard restrooms and undercarriage luggage bays makes either trip comfortable for a full group.
Per-day pricing for charter buses typically runs $1,350–$2,850. Fill out the form or call 480-389-2933 to get pricing for your specific date and destination.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Tempe events outside the peak windows, 3–6 weeks of lead time is workable — but the earlier you call, the better your vehicle selection and the more pricing flexibility you'll have. For prom (book by December or January), ASU home football weekends, Fiesta Bowl week, and the Tempe Festival of the Arts, treat those as 2–4 month bookings at minimum. Waiting until the week of any major Valley event typically means paying a premium for whatever is still in the network.
Lock in your date as soon as your headcount is confirmed — call 480-389-2933 right now and you could have pricing in about a minute.
Popular Tempe Party Bus Destinations
Groups heading into Tempe and across the East Valley book transportation to all kinds of destinations — these are some of the most common stops, with the ground-level logistics you actually need to plan around. Your destination may not be on this list, and that is fine — a bus can get your group anywhere in the Valley. Call 480-389-2933 and describe your trip.

Mountain America Stadium
Mountain America Stadium (500 E Veterans Way, Tempe, AZ 85287), home of ASU Sun Devils football, holds 53,599 and sits in a landlocked position at the center of ASU's campus — surrounded by dorms, academic buildings, and residential neighborhoods with limited commercial vehicle access on the interior roads. On game days, the City of Tempe and ASU coordinate road closures on Stadium Drive and portions of Apache Boulevard near the Rural Road intersection. Rideshare pickup after night games backs up significantly along Stadium Drive and the parallel surface streets.
A charter bus drops your group at the Apache Boulevard gate and stages in an agreed-upon hold location so your post-game exit is handled before the crowds hit the street. Check the Mountain America Stadium bus guide and the ASU event parking page before your game date for current closure maps. Phone: (480) 727-0000

Desert Financial Arena
Desert Financial Arena (600 E Veterans Way, Tempe, AZ 85287) is a 14,198-seat arena on the ASU campus hosting men's and women's basketball, concerts, and graduation ceremonies. Parking immediately around the arena on event nights is limited to ASU permit holders and paid surface lots that fill fast — the Lot 59 structure on Veterans Way is the closest public option, but it reaches capacity well before tip-off for marquee matchups. Commercial vehicle drop-off uses the Veterans Way frontage, and groups arranging a pickup should designate a specific meeting point before the event ends since the post-event pedestrian flow across Veterans Way makes curbside coordination tricky.
The Desert Financial Arena charter bus guide covers current drop-off protocols in detail. Phone: (480) 965-2381

Tempe Center for the Arts
Tempe Center for the Arts (700 W Rio Salado Pkwy, Tempe, AZ 85281) sits directly on the north bank of Tempe Town Lake with a 600-seat main theater and a 200-seat studio. The venue's lakefront position is stunning, but its parking situation is more complicated than first-time visitors expect — the surface lot directly adjacent to the venue is small, and on sold-out performance nights it fills before the house opens. Overflow parking routes guests to the Tempe Beach Park lot off Mill Avenue, which adds a 10-minute walk along the lake path.
A bus drops your group at the venue's front entrance off Rio Salado Parkway and eliminates both the parking search and the walk entirely. For ticketed events, check the official Tempe Center for the Arts website for current lot availability notices before your date. Address: 700 W Rio Salado Pkwy, Tempe, AZ 85281 | Phone: (480) 350-2822

Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre
Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre (2121 N 83rd Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85035) is the Valley's premier outdoor concert venue, seating approximately 20,000 for major touring acts. The amphitheater sits at the far west end of the Phoenix metro — about 25 miles from central Tempe via I-10 westbound. The post-show exit on I-10 eastbound is one of the more frustrating in the Valley: all 20,000 concertgoers funnel onto a short surface road before hitting the freeway on-ramp, and it is not unusual to sit for 45 minutes before clearing the lot.
A bus drops your group at the venue's main entrance on 83rd Avenue, holds in the venue's commercial staging area during the show, and exits ahead of the private vehicle crush. See the Talking Stick Amphitheatre bus guide for current drop-off and parking logistics. Phone: (602) 254-7200

Old Town Scottsdale
Old Town Scottsdale runs along Scottsdale Road between Camelback Road and Thomas Road, with the densest concentration of bars, restaurants, and nightclubs in the Valley packed into the blocks around 5th Avenue and Scottsdale Road. On weekend nights — especially during Barrett-Jackson in January, Spring Training in March, and the Cactus League season — street parking in Old Town hits capacity by 9pm, and private lots on the perimeter charge $20–$40. Rideshare surge pricing here on a Saturday after midnight can be aggressive.
A Tempe party bus running the Mill Avenue to Old Town Scottsdale corridor (about 10 miles on Scottsdale Road) makes the round trip clean: your group loads at one hotel pickup, hits multiple Old Town stops, and returns to Tempe without anyone navigating that parking mess. Call 480-389-2933 to map out the itinerary!

Four Peaks Brewing Company
Four Peaks Brewing Company (1340 E 8th St, Tempe, AZ 85281) is one of the most visited craft breweries in Arizona — a converted 1890s creamery building in central Tempe, a few blocks east of Mill Avenue. The brewery's parking situation is a recurring pain point for groups: the small lot behind the building fills quickly on weekend evenings, and street parking in the surrounding residential grid is permit-restricted after 6pm in several blocks. Four Peaks is a natural anchor stop for Tempe pub crawl itineraries that also include Fate Brewing Company (1312 E Apache Blvd), Arizona Wilderness Brewing nearby in Gilbert, and the Mill Avenue bar strip.
A minibus or party bus stages on 8th Street between stops, so your group moves from venue to venue without anyone having to stay sober or splitting into separate cars. Check the Four Peaks official site for current hours and event nights. Phone: (480) 303-9967
